This is a crazy list, Jeremy! I only have the first three, so these definitely qualify as “overlooked.” I’ve never gotten into ZZ Top but they’re an odd band that pops up on the guilty pleasures list of people whose musical tastes I tend to appreciate. So it looks like I have homework….
Thanks for taking a look at this. The first three are better known but neglected by the masses. Freedy Johnson caught my attention with the track “Bad Reputation” and his music is gritty. I agree with the ZZ Top comment. I am not a huge fan but their first album is an example of great modern blues. What would be on your list?
